Session Fee
$250
per session (60+ minutes)
- Private, one-on-one treatment provided exclusively by Pallavi Shah, MSPT.
- The extended format allows for comprehensive evaluation, substantial hands-on work, and individualized guidance within each visit.
Payment
- Payment due at time of service
- Private-pay practice (insurance not billed)
- HSA/FSA payments may be accepted
- Receipts available upon request
Cancellation Policy
Advance notice is required for schedule changes. Late cancellations or missed appointments may incur a fee.
